INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

Family Therapy
Problems related to parenting styles,
“acting out” behavior, single parenting,
adolescent problems, abuse, in-law
conflicts, substance abuse, family/career
conflicts. Maudsley and Systemic Family
therapies for the treatment of moderate to
severe Eating Disorders.

Personality Disorders
Problems related to interpersonal
functioning, impulse control, self-
destructive behavior, difficulty managing
emotions.

Including bereavement, terminal illness,
suicide, homicide.

Stress Management
Emphasizing behavioral relaxation tech-
niques for problems with sleep disorders,
hypertension, medical recovery, public

GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY
I offer group psychotherapy for children,
adolescents, and adults seeking improved
social skills and interpersonal functioning.
Depending on demand, I also offer groups
for personality disorders, Social Phobia,
stress management, anxiety, and
depression.

PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING
I provide a wide range of testing services
across the lifespan, including standard
psychological testing, neuropsychological
testing, and psychoeducational testing.

Testing can be a vital part of the
assessment and diagnosis of a wide
variety of problems, from
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
(ADD/ADHD) and Learning Disability (LD)
to geriatric depression or dementia.

Testing often takes ten or more hours of
face-to-face assessment, after which test
data is scored, interpreted, and organized
in a comprehensive written report. The
findings are then reviewed in detail in a
feedback session.
